CONTEST: Sea Glass Around The World
Sea and Color invites you to share the beauty of your sea glass finds from around the world. Capture the essence of your coastal treasures in a photo and submit it to our "Seaglass Around the World" campaign. The lucky winner will receive a custom watercolor painting of their favorite piece of sea glass, turning their oceanic find into a timeless piece of art.
How to Participate:
Find Your Sea Glass: Look through your collection and select your favorite piece.
Take a Photo: Capture your sea glass in any setting or style that you like.
Share on Instagram: Post your photo on Instagram. In the description share where you found your sea glass, tag @seaandcolor, and use the hashtag #globalseaglass

"Seaglass Around the World" Contest Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The "Seaglass Around the World" contest is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Participants are allowed to submit more than one entry – there is no limit to the number of submissions per person.
Contest Period: The contest begins on November 1, 2023, at 12:00 am PST and ends on November 30, 2023, at midnight PST. Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: To enter, participants must share a photo of their sea glass finds on Instagram. Each entry must fulfill all contest requirements, as specified above, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sea and Color Design.
Multiple Entries: Participants are permitted to submit multiple entries. However, each entry must be distinct and different from any others submitted by the same individual.
Rights Granted by Contest Entrants: By entering this contest, participants grant Sea and Color Design a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit, and distribute the submitted photo(s), and agree that Sea and Color Design may use such photos with or without the entrant’s name in any manner whatsoever, including but not limited to in promotional or marketing materials.
Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Sea and Color Design. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided with the submission within five (5) days following the winner's selection. Sea and Color Design shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
Prizes: The Winner(s) of the contest (the "Winner") will receive a custom watercolor painting of their submitted sea glass piece. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Sea and Color Design. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.
Privacy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Sea and Color Design website.
Terms & Conditions: Sea and Color Design reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sea and Color Design’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest.
Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Sea and Color Design and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest.
Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF WASHINGTON, USA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in [Your Country/State] having jurisdiction.
